No mystery, no sales funnel, no small print. Here’s exactly what happens, from first email to finished website.

The journey

1. You get in touch

An email or a phone call. Tell us roughly what you’re after: a new website, an online shop, or help with a site you’ve already got. Rough is fine. Working out the details is our job, not yours.

2. We talk

A proper conversation about your business. What you do, who your customers are, what you want the website to achieve, and the questions people ask you every week. Plain questions from us, no jargon, no sales patter. This conversation is where the whole website comes from, including the words.

3. You get a fixed price

A clear quote for exactly what we’ve discussed. Fixed means fixed: agreed before we start, and it doesn’t creep. If you want to think about it, think about it. Nobody will ring you on Thursday to ask if you’ve decided.

4. We build

The design and the words together, because they belong together. You see the site as it takes shape, and you tell us what’s right and what isn’t. We adjust until it is. Nothing goes live without your say-so.

5. You launch

A finished website, ready to bring in work. From there, two roads: we hand over the keys with a walkthrough so you can run it yourself, or we look after it for you on a care plan. Your choice, and you can change your mind later.

The promises that hold throughout

  • The price is fixed before we start. No meter, no surprises
  • We write every word, so there’s no homework and nothing stalls
  • Nothing is published without your approval
  • You own everything: the website, the words, the pictures, the lot
  • No pestering. Not during, not after

Questions people ask

How long does it take? For most websites, weeks rather than months, and we’ll give you an honest timescale with the quote. Online shops take longer than brochure sites, and the biggest variable is usually how quickly decisions come back. Since we’re not waiting for you to write anything, there’s rarely much waiting at all.

What do you need from me? A conversation, your opinions when we show you things, and any photos or materials you’d like used. That’s genuinely it. If you have no photos, we’ll sort something out.

What does it cost? Websites from £1,500. Online shops from £3,000. Care plans from £40 a month. Every job is quoted individually and fixed before we begin. The service pages have the detail: [Websites], [Online Shops], [Care Plans].

I’ve already got a website. Can you help? Yes, and don’t let anyone rush you into a rebuild. Start with the [free website review]: we’ll look your site over and tell you honestly whether it needs small fixes, proper repair, or a fresh start.

What happens after launch? Whatever suits you. Plenty of clients take the keys and run their own site. Plenty ask us to look after it on a [care plan]: hosting, updates, security and small changes, handled for a monthly fee. There’s no lock-in either way.
