A website isn’t a thing you buy once. It’s a thing that runs. Software that needs updating. Security that needs watching. Backups that need taking. And the odd small change, when a price moves or your opening hours shift.

Most owners ignore all this until something breaks. Usually at the worst possible moment. A care plan means it never gets that far.

What’s covered

  • Fast, reliable hosting on servers we manage ourselves
  • Software and security updates, applied and checked
  • Regular backups, kept safely off the site
  • A watchful eye: if something breaks, we usually know before you do
  • Small changes done for you: prices, photos, opening hours, the odd new paragraph
  • A real person to email who already knows your site inside out

Staying found

Being found on Google isn’t a one-off achievement. Sites slow down. Links break. Pages go stale. And Google notices all of it. Technical people call the upkeep SEO. We just call it staying found.

A care plan keeps your site fast, healthy and readable to search engines, so the visibility you’ve built doesn’t quietly leak away while you’re busy running the business.

What it costs

Care plans start from £40 a month. The right plan depends on the size of the site and how often you need changes. Shops need more care than brochure sites, and we’ll recommend honestly which level fits.

No long contracts. If we’re not earning the fee, you shouldn’t be paying it.

Already have a website elsewhere?

You don’t need to have built with us. If your site’s hosted somewhere it’s neglected, or your last developer has vanished (it happens more than you’d think), we can take it in, tidy it up and look after it properly.
